We are committed to ensuring that our festival leaves a minimal footprint on the beautiful landscape of Pembrokeshire. We encourage all attendees to embrace our motto: “Take nothing but photos, leave nothing but footsteps.” This means that if you bring it, please take it away with you!

Plastic-Free Policy: A Pledge to the Planet

To combat the growing plastic pollution crisis, Unearthed Festival operates on a strict plastic-free policy. We are dedicated to reducing single-use plastics at our festival and promoting sustainable practices among our community.

  • Bring Your Own:

    We encourage festival-goers to bring reusable water bottles, containers, and utensils to minimise waste. On-site, we provide water refill stations to keep you hydrated without the need for plastic bottles.

  • Thoughtful Consumption:

    Please be mindful of what you bring, especially food and drinks that come in single-use plastic packaging. We highly encourage you to avoid these items to support our mission for a cleaner environment.

Waste Management: Partnering for a Greener Future

To ensure proper waste disposal, we partner with a local recycling company that processes all waste generated at the festival. Their impressive 90%+ recycling rate means that most of what you bring can be repurposed or recycled. However, our commitment doesn’t end there; we strive to educate our community about waste reduction and responsible disposal

    Before you come, think about what you need. Try to minimise packaging and choose sustainable alternatives.

  • Sort Waste

    Utilise our clearly marked waste stations around the festival site to sort your waste into recycling, compost, and general waste.
