Extra-terrestrial joymongers - HENGE - have been delighting audiences in the UK and Europe since they landed on Planet Earth seven years ago. Their scintillating live performances earned them ‘Best Live Act’ at the Independent Festival Awards and they have since cemented their reputation with two acclaimed albums, numerous tours and regular main-stage festival appearances.

Dawn Penn

Dawn Penn, a Jamaican singer-songwriter, began her music career in 1966 and quickly gained recognition, working alongside legends like Bob Marley and Toots & the Maytals at Studio One. Her re-recorded debut single "You Don't Love Me" became a worldwide hit in 1992, earning her a Grammy nomination for the album "No, No, No" in 1994.

Mad Professor - Electronic Dub producer - Creator of Ariwa SoundsMad Professor is one of the leading figures in Dub. Having started building electronic equipment in the seventies, Neil Fraser evolved into building mixing desks and sound effect units.

6 1 6 1 is an Alt-Jazz Horn Led band for the 21st century fronted by Bristol drummer Matt Brown and the first project showcasing entirely his own unique original compositions. The expanded line up will feature a 4 piece horn section plus Synth and of course drums.

Stretching the thin fabric of selfhood, t l k creates immersively ethereal landscapes to better understand the worlds in which we swim. Fluid in genre and form, with a deep commitment to introspection, the t l k sound is permeating the Bristol scene, with debut EP 'Strength In Tenderness' solidifying her as 'one of the city's most exciting experimental artists' (BBC Introducing 2022).

Rona Mac

Rona Mac (she/her) is a trailblazer for expression within music. She is a queer Singer- Songwriter creating lo-fi Alt-Indie with Folk and Americana influences, crafted in her caravan home-studio in west Wales. Her music comes raw and unfiltered, aching with the kind of nostalgia found in rural, rugged places. Primarily a guitarist, she weaves satisfying riffs with hooky melodies, using lyrics to reach out to people and make them feel. She strives to build texture, space, depth and grit beneath seemingly simple songs.

Faith I Branko

rom a foundation of 'Serbian-Roma' music, Faith i Branko have created a style that draws from both of their musical heritages and uniquely expresses their interpersonal conversation. This forms an original set with a storming ensemble which is joyous, passionate, tragic and virtuosic: ‘their music is as colourful, personal and tumultuous as their history’ fRoots

The Old Time Sailors

Ahoy there! You are invited to board the Sailorette and join the plentiful crew, 'The Old TimeSailors', for a night of footstomping, dancing and singing!You will be sailing back to the 19th century for an immersive experience of traditional seafaring music performed in a way you have never seen before. The Motley Crew and their plethora of traditional and eclectic instruments will take you back to the time of clashing tankards, and drunken debauchery.Sing and dance along like a drunken sailor as the band perform centuries old folk and shanty songs. Fancy dress is encouraged, so pull out your best seafaring garments me hearties and join the festivities!

Samana

Samana is a multidisciplinary project made up of award winning photographer and poet Rebecca Rose Harris and producer and multi-instrumentalist Franklin Mockett. Samana was realised in the heart of a mountainous forest in Austria, during a year long voyage the pair undertook across the natural wilderness and distant cities of Eastern Europe, lending their instincts solely to the road and to the embodiment of freedom. Samana is a journey of internal and external exploration; their music is forged with an almost shamanic weight and significance, born from the interpretation of dreams, the study of ancient rituals, philosophies of love, loss and death.

India Blue

I am a contemporary folk (or as I prefer: Faerie-Folk) musician and songwriter based in the South East of England. Drawing inspiration from spirituality, history, folk tales, nature and the complexities of being 'human.' Mainly self-accompanied by my piano, harp and many other instruments (6 right now, but constantly counting) I have just self-released my debut studio album 'The Circus Came and Left' which was patiently awaited, and highly acclaimed, including this statement from Nick Pelling of the Hastings Independent Press "It may well become a folk classic."

Take Bonhams right foot, the arms of Chad Smith, The pipes of that bloke from The Black Keys or maybe Paul Rodgers circa 1969, and the heaving guitar riffs of an early Rage Against The Machine album, throw it all together and you come somewhere close to the Rural Rock Magnificience of these two life long friends. Massively Soulful, Catchy like Goaly Gloves, and thoroughly entertaining.

Stick in the Wheel

Radical East London artists Stick In The Wheel are known for their intense live shows exploring the raw holler of folk, synths, spoken word and intricate psychedelic guitar fuzz. Nicola Kearey and Ian Carter present full-force reworkings of centuries-old work-songs with fragments of ancient texts that speak to contemporary issues of class - an inherently political act.

The Scribes

The Scribes are a multi-award winning hip hop act from Bristol whose unique talents have combined to make a trademark sound quite unlike any other, featuring a seamless blend of live instrumentation and sampling set against a backdrop of head nodding boom bap breaks.Known for critically acclaimed performances full of energy, beatboxing, crowd participation and off the cuff freestyling, The Scribes have become festival favourites across the UK, regularly gracing the stage at Glastonbury, Latitude, Wilderness, Boomtown Fair, Urban In Ibiza, Shambala, Bearded Theory, Leopallooza and many more.

Annie Gardiner

Annie Gardiner is best known for founding member and frontwoman from noise rock duo Hysterical Injury who went from being Steve Lamacq’s ones to watch to touring the UK with Beak> in 2019. She is long time topline writer and lyricist for the French electronic band The Penelopes whose recent single The Last Goodbye (Oct ‘22) features iconic actress and model Isabelle Adjani. She collaborated with explosive jazz duo Run Logan Run and Riaan Vosloo (Nostalgia 77) on their newest album Nature Will Take Care of You (Nov 22) and is currently on tour with them as their vocalist and their tour support with her solo music.

DreamFairie

A resident DJ with the psybass label & collective Shanti Planti, DreamFaerie has played around the globe at psychedelic gatherings such as Motion Notion in BC Canada, Wormhole in San Fran, Cali, S.U.N. Festival in Hungary, Own Spirit & Hueznar Festival in Spain, SUTI Festival in Portugal, & homeland treats.. Anthropos Festival, Triplicity Festival, Pollen Tribe, & Tribe of Frog.

Sky Barkers

Sky Barkers is a genre squiggling Indie trio based in coastal West Wales. The band is comprised of Jo MacGregor Messore, Dan Messore and Matt Brown. They make groove based, hook heavy, vocal laden, lyrically connective and energy driven music, rooted in songwriting but with a wonky edge.
